Beginning with the demolition of existing onsite buildings and parking lots, RJA provided preliminary planning, civil engineering services, and project support including construction staking during construction. Designs included grading, drainage/water quality, water, sewer, parking lot and building layouts, as well as coordination with architectural, traffic, landscape, and other project team consultants.

PROJECT RESULTS

The completed project transformed the downtown area of San Ramon, making City Center a significant piece of the city.
