SR. CIVIL ENGINEER/PROJECT MANAGER

Office Location: Pleasanton, Gilroy, Rocklin, CA

QUALIFICATIONS

The candidate will have a California PE, proficiency in AutoCAD Civil 3D and Microsoft Office programs, strong technical and organizational skills and 5-10 years of design and project management experience in land development for residential and commercial projects and/or municipal public works projects.

The candidate will lead and manage the design and preparation of plans, specifications and estimates for various types of residential subdivisions, commercial and industrial developments, and public works projects. Must possess good verbal and written communication skills and the ability to effectively communicate with Clients and project teams.

REQUIRED SKILLS

• Perform due diligence level feasibility analysis

• Understanding of the entitlement process

• Prepare written technical memorandums and reports

• Plan, schedule, manage and coordinate project delivery

• Lead technical effort in design, plan preparation and processing of projects for approval with agencies

• Supervise and mentor team members, attend public meetings and provide construction related support

SALARY RANGE

$120,000 – 160,000
