This dynamic community of 83 residential units is situated on El Camino Real in San Bruno. This podium style apartment is located within walking distance to BART Station, transit stops, downtown businesses and shops creating a vibrant urban living experience as well as walking opportunities for employment commuting. Amenities for the apartment’s units include open spaces with lush landscaping, barbecues, seating area for residents to gather and outdoor dining.

RJA provided civil engineering, surveying and related services for pre development level feasibility analysis, entitlement processing, design and development of construction documents, mapping, construction staking and support for all required grading activities, site roadways and utility infrastructure improvements and stormwater treatment facilities.
Due to space constraints for this high density infill urban development, innovative approach using underground modular pre-fab units to supplement the at surface “bio-retention” treatment basin was developed to incorporate stormwater treatment measures to treat the post development storm runoff generated by the new or replaced impervious surfaces to meet the stormwater regulations.
PROJECT RESULTSThe completed project currently serves as mixed use residence for the City of San Bruno.
