RJA provided civil engineering and surveying services, prepared and processed final designs, obtained permits and worked through various land title issues, including right-of-way abandonment by Caltrans and the City of San Jose and a Caltrans encroachment permit. The multi-story building utilized a unique stacked modular construction, making this an interesting and challenging engineering design.

PROJECT RESULTS

Over 300 modern studio apartments are now available to low income senior residents near downtown San Jose with easy access to amenities and services, helping continue their independence and quality of life.
