Located in a 46 acre park, the new Mission Park Marketplace introduced a campus-like environment with retail, restaurants, and hotel rooms that cater to the 650,000 sq. ft. of overall office space in the area. A pedestrian-friendly shopping center, the marketplace features amenity retail, and quick-service and full-service restaurants complemented by an upscale hotel.

RJA provided civil engineering and land surveying services for a redevelopment project that created five retail buildings and a hotel. In addition to the onsite improvements, RJA assisted with project frontage design that included roadway widening, a new dedicated bike lane, and a pedestrian walkway extending 800 feet beyond the project frontage.
