RJA provided land planning, civil engineering, and surveying services that included preparation and processing of architectural and site plans, improvement plans, and final maps. The site has frontage Hwy. 152, thus a Caltrans encroachment permit was required for the intersection and signal improvements. Project coordination with the client, project consultants, and the City of Gilroy staff was also provided.
PROJECT RESULTS
Totaling 12,000 square feet, the planning and construction of “The Patio” gave residents and visitors new options to better enjoy the City of Gilroy.
