RJA performed the initial geometric layout studies and prepared the construction documents for a design that included over one mile of Class I multi-use trail, reclaimed and domestic water distribution mains, rapid flashing beacon pedestrian crossings and stormwater quality basins. RJA led the multi-agency processing, gaining City of Gilroy approval along with an encroachment permit from the County of Santa Clara Roads and Airports Department. Additionally, the RJA team provided right-of-way surveys & mapping, aerial & supplemental topographic survey, and performed the construction staking.
